• THEDL : Easygoing South Tyrolean fine dining: 12:00 pm – 2:00 pm & 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm, closed on Thursdays
• SEM : The best pizzas: 5:00 pm – 11:00 pm, closed on Mondays

• Special moments of relaxation (at an extra charge) await you with our talented massage and beauty expert.
• In the interest of sustainability, we do not provide bathing slippers in every room and kindly ask that you bring your own. In case you forget them, you can still buy some at reception.

Your four-legged friend is welcome to join us after notifying us and for a daily fee of € 15. However, they are not allowed in the buffet area or the spa.

• Cancellations and changes made up to 15 days before arrival are free of charge. Advance payments made will be credited or refunded.
• From 14 to 7 days before arrival, we charge 50% of the total amount.
• For cancellations made 6 to 2 days before arrival, we charge 80% of the total amount.
  For cancellations one day before arrival, in case of a no-show, late arrival or early departure, a cancellation fee of 90% will be charged on the days booked and not used.

A municipal residence tax of € 3.10 per person per night is charged for all persons aged 14 and over. The tourist tax is not included in the total price.
