Having implemented our own independent security measures, we in South Tyrol are striving to offer a safe holiday experience. You’ll find enough space within our vast natural landscape to take a deep breath and enjoy your newly gained freedom. Recharge your batteries inside the shelter of our tranquil valleys, expansive high-alpine pastures and rugged forests.
Our lodging facilities also guarantee the space you need. Our size will benefit you twice this year: The BOTANGO will not be fully booked this year, so there is more space for everyone. Reception is available anytime and may be contacted directly from the room.
Carefree Dining
For families and those sharing the same room, wearing a mask at the table is not required. Maintenance of safe distancing at meals – one meter between tables – is guaranteed, though. Our service staff is equipped with the appropriate safety equipment. And thanks to our reservation system, there’s no need to stand in a queue at the front desk.
Safety for All
By tightening our housekeeping measures (disinfection of rooms, cleaning and disinfection of surfaces, door handles, bikes and workplaces several times a day), we help to minimize the risk of infection. With a few exceptions, such as cable cars and public transport, there is a simple rule here in South Tyrol: 1 meter from other people or mouth-nose protection (except those with whom you share your room). Mouth-nose protection is only mandatory at the breakfast buffet. We will make these available to you. For a carefree stay, we provide sufficient devices for disinfection throughout the hotel.
Carefree Relaxation
Our indoor pool, our outdoor pool, the saunas and our large lawn are available for your relaxation. Relaxation loungers are distributed at an extra wide distance - our size also benefits you here. Massages are also available upon request.
Flexibility – Down to the Smallest Detail
In order to allow for the greatest flexibility possible during your stay, we offer you the option of checking in on your own. Before you arrive, you will receive a form from us in which you can enter your check-in details. On request, we will store your keys for you to collect yourself. You keep your room key with you for the entire stay. Contactless payment is recommended.
A Well-Informed Holiday
In our digital room folder you will find a lot of important information about your stay: Menu, spa menu, current weather forecast, excursion tips, bike rental and much more - quite simply on your smartphone. We’re also offering the cycling and hiking program again. With smaller groups and necessary distancing, we can ensure recreational safety. The shops and museums in town have recently reopened – maintaining the necessary safety precautions, of course.
More Heart Than Ever
Yes, there will be changes, but we are still the same. We love the BOTANGO and are really looking forward to bringing our house back to life. We will do everything to ensure that you can spend a safe and relaxing holiday.
